Tell Fabio to be nice with the border authorities, always happy, tell them his is a big fan of Flamengo and Corinthians ( !!), and the most important is about the trip with the bike. Maybe is not a good idea to tell them that bike will be left in Brazil due to very restrict importation rules, authorities can understand that someone will have the bike without paying tax etc But specially coming from Venezuela border I do not believe he will have any trouble.
